How this roof repair quote service works
Plain answers about who we are, what happens to your enquiry, and who does the work.
What this site is
Mandurah Roof Repairs is a local quote service for roof repairs in Mandurah and nearby suburbs. We don't do roof work ourselves and we don't employ roofers.
When you send an enquiry, we pass it to an independent local roofer who services Mandurah. They run their own business, give you their own quote and do the work if you go ahead.
What happens when you enquire
- You fill in the quote form and tell us about the roof.
- We pass your enquiry to a local roofer who services the Mandurah area.
- The roofer contacts you to arrange a time to look at the roof.
- They give you a quote. You decide whether to go ahead.
Who you deal with
Once the roofer contacts you, you deal with them directly. The quote, the price, the timing and the work are agreed between you and the roofer. There's no charge to you for sending an enquiry.
Before you agree to any work
- Ask for a written quote that lists the work, the materials and what's included.
- Ask for the roofer's business details, including their ABN and insurance details.
- For bigger jobs, ask whether a building permit is needed and who will apply for it.
- Be wary of anyone who knocks on your door after a storm offering a quick roof fix.
