What we collect

When you use the quote form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, suburb, roof type if you choose one, and a description of the job. We also note which page you sent it from.

Why we collect it

We only use your details to pass your enquiry to a local roofer and to contact you about it. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

When you send the form, your enquiry is emailed to us and stored securely with Cloudflare, the service that runs this site. That lets us pass it on and follow it up.

Who sees it

We pass your enquiry to one independent local roofer who services your area. Once they contact you, they handle your details under their own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can deal with any follow-up, then they are deleted automatically.

Fonts loaded from Google

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Seeing or deleting your details

To ask what details we hold about you, or to have them deleted, send a request through the form and we'll delete your details.
